Volunteer Information Form

Please complete the form. Once one of our team inputs your information, you will receive a Welcome Email from Planning Center (Our Volunteer Scheduling Platform). Follow the instructions to login to Planning Center. You can download the mobile app, too. When you are added to the schedule, you will receive serving reminder emails.

Please Note: Background Checks
If you are, in any capacity, serving in an area that involves children, please note that we are required to complete nationwide background checks every three years. This protects our children and our church and keeps us in compliance with the requirements set by our insurance company.

If you are serving in an area with children, you will receive an email request from Planning Center to complete a background check utilizing a safe and secure electronic platform through the company MinistryDefender.
